Round 3 of Quadcross Northwest is this weekend at the Airway Motocross Park in Spokane, WA.  Come out an join us for a great weekend of racing action either as a spectator or racer!  We have classess for all ages and abilities from beginners to Pro's.  We are a Quad and SxS motocross event,  admission is only $10, kids under 5 that are not racing get in free.  Camping is also available for $20 a night with water and elctrical hookups.  The gates open at 6:30 am and close at 11:00 pm.  There will be open practice Friday from 10:00 - 3:00.  For more info about the track and direction check out their web site, www.extmotorsports.com.

***  UPDATE *** we've gotten some updated info on renting the transponders for round  3 in Spokane.  The rental WILL require a $150 deposit (returned when transponder is returned) OR a credit card (no charges unless transponder is not returned).  If you  don't want have to deal with the rental of the transponder you can always purchase your own from the MyLaps company for as little as $90.00.  More and more tracks are going to the transponder systems and we will be using it for all of the rounds in as many classes as we can.  If anyone is interested in donating money for the purcahase of additional transponders for Quadcross NW so we can expand our coverage to more classes, please contact Vern at vern@quadcrossnw.com.

Great news, the Airway Motocrosss Park uses the same transponders as we do and we've worked out a deal to use them for our event!  So everyone will be able to have a transponder for using at Round 3.  There will be no cost to using the transponders, we will just need a form of ID or a credit card to hold for borrowing the transponder (if you use a credit card, we don't charge anything to it).  If you are interested in purchasing your own transponder so you don't have to deal with borrowing one and remembering to return it, you can purchase your own for a little as $90 from the folks where we get ours, >> click here to purchase your own!

If you didn't make it to round 2 you missed out on some really great racing.  The Pro riders and the SxS's really put on a great show this weekend.  Your next opportuinty to come out and watch or join in the fun is May 19th and 20th at Airway Motocross Park in Spokane, WA.  We continue to have a great turnout from the Northwest Quad racing community. We have some of the best MX racers on the West Coast!

10 days to Round 2 at Horn Rapids Motorsports Complex (HRMC).  So all you Supercorss fans who have tickets to go watch them race, we've got some news for you.  Now that the Championship is over and most of the top riders are out do to injuries why not come and watch the great racing at QXNW?  We are offering FREE weekend admission for anyone turning in a SUPERCROSS TICKET. 

Ok, I know everyone had fun at the opening round of Quadcross Northwest, now's it time to start thinking about round 2!  Round 2 is being held at Horn Rapids Motosports complex (HRMC).   Let's keep growing this series!  Keep spreading the word, telling everyone about how much fun and how great the new series is.  Be sure to check out HRMC's web site for details about directions and camping.

Thanks to everyone who came out and supported us for our inaugural weekend! The forecast was sketchy, but turned out to be great. I don't think the racers could of asked for better conditions. We hope everyone had a great time and would like to thank the owner, staff and track crew of Woodland for a great facility, awesome tracks and advice. Hope to see everyone again at round 2 at Horn Rapids.

CHANGE IN SCHEDULE: practice will  be from 8 - 11 Saturday morning instead of starting at 7 am.  Sorry for the late notice but we decided to move the practice back an hour to let things warm up and dry out a little.

Don't forget that we will also be having a SxS class. Please help us spread the word. Let's make this a successful Quad and SxS series.
